TO-DIODE Production

The TO-DIODE is an optical component designed for single communication over a single fiber.
The TO-DIODE consists of either a Micromodule or an APD-module as an emitter or a receiver.
The TO-DIODE is hermetically sealed TO lens cap or TO flat cap.
The electrical pinning is variable of customer’s specific.

General Applications

  • Volume production of optical micro assemblies for communication, digital applications in fiber-optic communication systems
  • Access Network, e.g. media converters for Fiber-In-The-Loop (FITL), Point-to Point (P2P)
